Is this even possible? Being less stressed out?

When I began college my freshman year, I was losing my mind because I was so stressed out. It wasn’t until an upperclassman – my former editor – showed me a few stress saving tips and tricks that made my life a thousand times easier.

Below is the list of tips and tricks she taught me.

1. Use apps.

Apps can save your life if you use them. Look for time management apps along with productivity ones. Your iPhone was not just made for fun you know!

2. Have someone take your class.

My friend introduced me to, and I began outsourcing my online classes. This saved me a lot of time and money. I didn’t have to worry about passing or dropping my classes, and it gave me back a huge chunk of time that I had lost when I had to take them.

3. Wake up early.

Staying up late is not the same as getting up early. If you wake up at 2 p.m. everyday then that only gives you about three hours to get things done with the real world, i.e. talk to the lady at the financial aid office or pay off those tickets you owe.

4. Create a schedule.

Create a time map, and follow it. For example, in the morning you will go to the gym. Then in the afternoon I will go to class. At night I will do my homework. Of course your time map will be much more specific. Here is a great time map template.
